(1) An employer shall provide equal pay for work of equal value within the same business.
(2) The standards for work of equal value shall include the skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, etc. required for performing duties, and an employer shall, when setting such standards, hear the opinions of the member representing the employees at the labor-management council under Article 25.
(3) A separate business established by an employer for the purpose of wage discrimination shall be construed as the same business.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
