Equal Employment Opportunity and Work-family Balance Assistance Act — Article 7 (Recruitment and employment)

(1) No employer shall discriminate on grounds of gender when recruiting or employing employees.

(2) When recruiting or employing employees, no employer shall present or require physical conditions, such as appearance, height, or weight, unmarried status, or any other conditions not necessary for performing the relevant duties, or any conditions prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010; May 18, 2021>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
