The Minister of Employment and Labor may, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, delegate part of the authority under this Act to the heads of local employment and labor administration agencies or to the heads of local governments, or entrust such authority to public organizations. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
