(1) The State, local governments, and public agencies may, within the budget, fully or partially subsidize expenses incurred in businesses relating to the promotion of employment of women and the improvement of their welfare.
(2) If a person who has received a subsidy under paragraph (1) falls under any of the following cases, the State, local governments, and public agencies may revoke, in whole or in part, the decision to provide such subsidy and may order the person to return all or part of the subsidy already paid:
1. Where they have used the subsidy for purposes other than its intended purposes;
2. Where they have violated the terms of the decision to provide the subsidy (including any conditions attached thereto);
3. Where they have received a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
