Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act — Article 61-2 (Mediation after decision made to end mediation)

(1) The Labor Relations Commission may mediate in order to settle any labor dispute even after a decision is made to end the mediation pursuant to the provisions of Article 60(2).

(2) The provisions of Articles 55 through 61 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the mediation referred to in the provisions of paragraph (1).[This Article Added on Dec. 30, 2006]
