Immigration Act — Article 66-14 (Sectoral committees)

(1) The Immigration Detention Review Committee may establish subcommittees as necessary to efficiently perform its functions.

(2) Matters necessary for the establishment and operation of sectoral committees under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Mar. 18, 2025]
