The Minister of Employment and Labor may, if deemed necessary to secure the effectiveness of the enforcement of this Act, publish the current status of implementation of equal employment or other results of surveys; provided, this shall not apply where such publication is restricted under any other statute. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
