(1) The Minister of Employment and Labor may, if deemed necessary for the enforcement of this Act, order an employer to submit reports and relevant documents, or direct the relevant public officials to enter a workplace to make inquiries of relevant persons or inspect the relevant documents. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010>
(2) In cases of paragraph (1), the relevant public officials shall carry identification verifying their authority and present it to relevant persons.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
