An employer shall endeavor to develop and enhance the vocational abilities of employees on childcare leave under this Act and shall provide support so that employees who return to work after maternity leave, childcare leave, or reduced working hours during a period of childcare may readily adapt to working life. <Amended on Feb. 1, 2012>[This Article Added on Dec. 21, 2007]
