(1) The Minister of Gender Equality and Family may implement businesses, such as surveys and research on proactive employment improvement measures, education, and publicity, in order to efficiently perform duties relating to proactive employment improvement measures. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010; Oct. 1, 2025>
