(1) When the head of a customs office determines that any postal items may not be exported, imported or returned, the head of a clearance post office shall neither mail out such postal items nor deliver them to respective addressees thereof.
(2) Where any postal items, the export and import of which is approved pursuant to Article 11 of the Foreign Trade Act or any postal items that conform with the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree, the addressee or sender of the relevant postal items shall file a declaration required under Article 241 (1). <Amended on Dec. 21, 2021>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
