The head of a clearance post office in receipt of postal items referred to in Article 256 (1) shall file a list of postal items with the head of a customs office to have such postal items inspected: Provided, That such process may be omitted for any postal items determined by the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
