(1) When the head of a customs office makes a decision referred to in Article 258 or intends to collect a duty, he or she shall notify the postmaster of a clearance post office of the decided matters and the amount of such duty, respectively.
(2) The postmaster of the clearance post office in receipt of the notice referred to in paragraph (1) shall notify the addressee or sender of post items of decided matters.[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 30, 2010]
