Notwithstanding the provisions of any of the following statutes, an employee of an institution or organization requested to provide data or information under Article 44-3 shall provide the requested data or information to a debt adjustment organization, unless there is a compelling reason not to do so:
1. Article 4(1) of the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality;
2. Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act;
3. Article 81-13 of the Framework Act on National Taxes, Article 86 of the Framework Act on Local Taxes, and Article 11 of the Act on Submission and Management of Taxation Data;
4. Article 124 of the National Pension Act, Article 102 of the National Health Insurance Act, and Article 21(3) of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act;
5. Articles 15-8, 18-11(6), 22(6), and 24(3) of the National Basic Living Security Act and Article 85-2 of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities;
6. Provisions of other statutes prescribed by Presidential Decree that are similar to those specified in subparagraphs 1 through 5.[This Article Added on May 12, 2026][The amended provisions of Article 44-4 of Act No. 21646 (May 12, 2026) shall remain effective until August 12, 2029 pursuant to Article 2 of the Addenda to that Act.]
