(1) A shipmaster shall, on behalf of an obligor who is to pay salvage charge, have the authority to do all judicial and non-judicial acts concerning such payment.
(2) A shipmaster may become the relevant party of a lawsuit concerning salvage charge, and its final judgment shall also be valid to an obligor of the salvage charge.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
