Commercial Act — Article 892 (Persons Who Have No Claim for Salvage Charge)

상법 제892조

No person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall claim salvage charge:

1. A person who works with a salvaged ship;

2. A person who has caused an accident at sea intentionally or by negligence;

3. A person who has proceeded with the salvage notwithstanding the just refusal;

4. A person who has concealed or disposed of salvaged goods without good cause.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
