(1) When preparation necessary for unloading cargo has been completed, a shipmaster shall give a notice to a consignee without delay.
(2) The provisions of Article 829 (2) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the calculation of the period for unloading cargo.
(3) When cargo has been unloaded after the lapse of the unloading period referred to in paragraph (2), a shipowner may request reasonable remuneration.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
