(1) Where a ground set forth in any of Articles 810 (1) 4 and 811 (1) has arisen with respect to any portion of cargo, a consignor may load other cargo within the extent that the liabilities of a carrier are not increased.
(2) When the consignor intends to exercise the right specified in paragraph (1), he/she shall unload or load the cargo without delay. If he/she has neglected such unloading or loading, he/she shall pay the full amount of the freight.[This Article Wholly Amended by Act No. 8581, Aug. 3, 2007]
