Commercial Act — Article 408-4 (Powers of Executive Directors)

상법 제408조의4

The powers of an executive director shall be as follows:

1. Execution of affairs of the company with executive directors;

2. Decision-making on the execution of the affairs delegated in accordance with the articles of incorporation or by a resolution of the board of directors.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 10600, Apr. 14, 2011]
