Commercial Act — Article 408-3 (Term of Office of Executive Directors)

상법 제408조의3

(1) The term of office of an executive director may not exceed two years, unless otherwise provided for in the articles of incorporation.

(2) The term of office mentioned in paragraph (1) may be extended by the articles of incorporation until the closing of an ordinary general meeting of shareholders convened in respect of the last period for the settlement of accounts within the said term of office.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 10600, Apr. 14, 2011]
