Where this Act conflicts with other statutes regarding the consumer protection in the electronic commerce transactions or mail orders, the provisions of this Act shall prevail; provided, where the provisions of other Acts are more advantageous to consumers, such statutes shall apply.[This Article Wholly Amended on Feb. 17, 2012]
