In order to ensure fair trading practices and prevent damage to consumers in electronic commerce transactions and mail orders, the Fair Trade Commission may, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, disclose business operators’ violations of this Act and other relevant information necessary for the prevention of damage to consumers among the information searched and collected under Article 27(1).[This Article Wholly Amended on Feb. 17, 2012]
