(1) Any person who has violated a confidentiality order issued under Article 14-4 (1) without good cause in the Republic of Korea or overseas, shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than five years or by a fine not exceeding 50 million won.
(2) No prosecution against a crime under paragraph (1) shall be instituted without a criminal complaint thereof filed by an interested party.[This Article Newly Inserted on Dec. 2, 2011]
