Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act — Article 18-3 (Criminal Intent and Conspiracy)

(1) Any person who intends or conspires to commit a crime under Article 18 (1), shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding 30 million won. <Amended on Jan. 8, 2019>

(2) Any person who intends or conspires to commit a crime under Article 18 (2), shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than two years or by a fine not exceeding 20 million won. <Amended on Jan. 8, 2019>[This Article Wholly Amended on Dec. 21, 2007]
