If the representative of a corporation, or an agent, employee or any other worker of a corporation or individual commits an offense under Article 230, 233 or 234 with respect to affairs of such corporation or individual, not only shall the offender be punished, but the corporation also shall be punished by the following fines and the individual shall be punished by a fine under the relevant provisions: Provided, That the foregoing shall not apply where the corporation or individual has not neglected to pay due attention to and exercise reasonable supervision over the relevant affairs to prevent such offense:
1. Where he or she violates Article 230: A fine not exceeding 300 million won;
2. Where he or she violates Article 233 or 234: A fine not exceeding 60 million won.
