Trademark Act — Article 234 (Crime of Fraud)

Any person who obtains trademark registration, registration of additional designated goods, registration to renew the duration of trademark rights, registration of the conversion of the classification of goods, or trial decision by fraud or other improper means shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding 30 million won. <Amended on Mar. 21, 2017>
