(1) The qualification of executive offices of a trade union shall be prescribed by the bylaws. In such cases, the executive officers of a trade union organized for one business or one place of business shall be elected from among the members of the trade union who are engaged in the relevant business or the place of business. <Amended on Jan. 5, 2021>
