Road Traffic Act — Article 86 (Re-issuance of drivers' licenses)

도로교통법 제86조

When a person loses his or her driver's license or the driver's license is worn out, he or she may file an application with the commissioner of a City/Do police agency for the re-issuance of a driver's license, as prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013; Nov. 19, 2014; Jul. 26, 2017; Dec. 22, 2020>[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 8, 2011]
