(1) A person who intends to drive a motor vehicle granted temporary operation permission under Article 27 (1) of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall complete education on the safe operation, etc. of autonomous motor vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "autonomous motor vehicle safety education").
(2) Matters necessary for the curriculum, methods, etc. of the education under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Mar. 19, 2024]
