(1) The driver of a motor vehicle equipped with an autonomous driving system that falls short of a full autonomous driving system prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety shall, without delay, directly operate the steering wheel, brakes, and other devices in response to the autonomous driving system's demand for direct operation.
(2) Article 49 (1) 10, 11, and 11-2 shall not apply to a driver who operates a motor vehicle using an autonomous driving system.[This Article Added on Mar. 19, 2024]
