The user, person in charge of maintenance, or driver of each motor vehicle shall be prohibited from allowing a person to drive or from driving any motor vehicle, the mechanisms of which are not maintained in compliance with the Motor Vehicle Management Act, the Construction Machinery Management Act, or orders issued under the said Acts (hereinafter referred to as "poorly repaired motor vehicle").[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 8, 2011]
