(1) If it is necessary to ascertain whether a driver has violated the safety standards for loading weight and capacity under Article 39 (1), the commissioner of a City/Do police agency may request include a road management authority under the Road Act (including the Korea Expressway Corporation which exercises the authority of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on his or her behalf pursuant to Article 112 of the Road Act; hereafter in this Article the same shall apply) to provide the load measurement data under Article 77 (4) of that Act (hereinafter referred to as "load measurement data").
(2) The road management authority requested to provide the load measurement data under paragraph (1) shall provide such data unless there is a compelling reason not to do so.
(3) Matters relating to the methods, scope, etc. of requests to provide data under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.[This Article Added on Jan. 7, 2025]
