Any of the following persons shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won, by misdemeanor imprisonment or by a minor fine: <Amended on Apr. 18, 2023>
1. Any pedestrian who has violated Articles 5, 8 (1) and 10 (2) through (5) (including an outdoor mobile robot operator, where the provisions are violated by the outdoor mobile robot);
2. Any pedestrian who has violated any prohibition, any restrictions or measure provided for in Article 6 (1), (2), (4) or (7) (including an outdoor mobile robot operator, where the provisions are violated by the outdoor mobile robot);2-2. An outdoor mobile robot operator who has violated Article 8-2 (2);
3. Pedestrians in a procession or the leader thereof, who have violated Article 9 (1) or the measures taken by police officials pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article;
4. A person who has performed any prohibited act on a road, in violation of Article 68 (3).[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 8, 2011]
