(1) The Dispute Mediation Committee shall examine the case and prepare a proposal of mediation within 60 days from the date of receiving an application pursuant to Article 43 (1); provided, the Dispute Mediation Committee may pass a resolution to extend such period by reason of inevitable circumstances.
(2) Where the period is extended pursuant to the proviso of paragraph (1), the Dispute Mediation Committee shall inform the applicant of the reasons for extending the period and other matters concerning the extension of such period.
