(1) A patentee or an exclusive licensee may file a complaint to seek injunction against, or prevention of, infringement against a person who infringes, or is likely to infringe, his or her rights.
(2) When a patentee or an exclusive licensee files a complaint under paragraph (1), he or she may demand the destruction of the means by which the infringement has been committed (including the products obtained by infringement if the relevant invention is a process for manufacturing the products), the removal of the facilities used for infringement, and other measures necessary to prevent infringement.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
