A final and conclusive decision on the amount of compensation or consideration determined by the Commissioner of the Korean Intellectual Property Office under this Act shall have the same effect as an enforceable title of practice. In such cases, the enforceable writ shall be issued by a public official of the Korean Intellectual Property Office.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jun. 11, 2014]
