(1) Where a business owner intends to award a contract for any work prescribed by Presidential Decree to be conducted at his or her place of business, such as the handling of substances with risks of acute toxicity, skin corrosion, etc. among the works hazardous or dangerous to safety and health, he or she shall obtain approval from the Minister of Employment and Labor. In such cases, a business owner shall undergo an evaluation on safety and health, as prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
(2) Article 58(4) through (8) shall apply mutatis mutandis to approval referred to in paragraph (1).
