(1) When an industrial accident occurs, no business owner shall conceal such occurrence.
(2) A business owner shall record the causes, etc. of an industrial accident and retain such records, as prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
(3) In cases of industrial accidents prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, a business owner shall report to the Minister of Employment and Labor the summary, cause, and timing of report of industrial accidents, a plan to prevent recurrence of industrial accidents, and other matters, as prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
