Occupational Safety and Health Act — Article 3 (Scope of application)

This Act shall apply to all business; provided, this Act may not fully or partially apply to business or places of business of the type prescribed by Presidential Decree in consideration of the degrees of hazards and risks, types of business, the number of regular employees at a place of business (in cases of construction works, referring to the value of the construction works; hereinafter the same shall apply), and others.
