(1) An asbestos dismantler or remover shall ensure that the asbestos concentration in the air around the relevant workplace after completing the dismantling or removal of asbestos pursuant to Article 122(1) does not exceed the levels prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and shall submit the relevant evidentiary data to the Minister of Employment and Labor.
(2) Matters regarding the qualifications of a person permitted to measure the asbestos concentration in the air under paragraph (1), and the methods of measurement shall be prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
(3) Where the asbestos concentration in the air around the relevant workplace after completing the dismantling or removal of asbestos exceeds the level referred to in paragraph (1), the owner, etc. of a structure or facility shall not remove or dismantle the relevant structure or facility.
