(1) A person who transfers or provides a substance subject to material safety data sheet preparation shall place a warning on the container or package of the substance, according to the methods prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor; provided, where a substance subject to material safety data sheet preparation is transferred or provided in a manner other than by putting it in a container or package, a document stating relevant warnings shall be provided, as determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
(2) A business owner shall state warnings on a container of a substance subject to material safety data sheet preparation used in the place of business, according to the methods prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor; provided, this shall not apply in cases prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, including where warnings are already stated on the container thereof.
