(1) An applicant who has an objection to any of the results of granting approval or approval for extension under Article 112 (1) or (5) may file an objection with the Minister of Employment and Labor within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification of such results, as prescribed by Ministerial Decree of the Employment and Labor.
(2) The Minister of Employment and Labor shall determine whether to grant approval or approval for extension and notify the applicant of the decision, within 14 days from the date of receipt of an application for an objection under paragraph (1) (referring to the extended period if the notification period is extended pursuant to the proviso of Article 36 (2) of the Framework Act on Administration), as prescribed by Ministerial Decree of the Employment and Labor.
(3) If necessary to determine whether to grant approval or approval for extension under paragraph (2), the Minister of Employment and Labor may seek advice from external experts. In such cases, the period required for seeking advice of external experts shall be excluded from the period for notifying the results under paragraph (2).[This Article Added on Aug. 8, 2023]
