Labor Standards Act — Article 66 (Minor Certificate)

근로기준법 제66조

For each minor employee under the age of 18, the employer shall keep at his or her workplace a certificate of family relationships records verifying the minor's age and a written consent of the person with parent authority or the guardian. <Amended on May 17, 2007; May 26, 2020>
