The purpose of this Act is to promote balance in the burden of taxation and to contribute to effective raising of the financial revenue by reasonable taxation on income of each individual in accordance with the nature of income and capacity for the burden of each taxpayer.[This Article Newly Inserted by Act No. 9897, Dec. 31, 2009]
