(1) The Minister of Justice may establish and operate an information system necessary for collecting, keeping, and managing information on aliens in accordance with Article 78 or providing information on aliens in accordance with Article 78-2 and relevant statutes or regulations.
(2) Matters necessary for the establishment, operation, etc. of the information system under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Decree of the Ministry of Justice.[This Article Added on Dec. 20, 2024]
