The Immigration Detention Review Committee shall perform the duties listed in the following subparagraphs:
1. Examination of objections to detection under Article 55 (including cases applied mutatis mutandis under Article 63(5));
2. Approval of an extension of the detention period under Article 63(2);
3. Examination of objections to re-detention under Article 63-3(2) and approval of extension of the detention period;
4. Decision on temporary release from detention pursuant to Article 65(2);
5. Other duties assigned to the Immigration Detention Review Committee under other statutes or regulations;
6. Matters related to investigation, research, education, and publicity concerning the performance of duties under subparagraphs 1 through 5.[This Article Added on Mar. 18, 2025]
