Immigration Act — Article 66-4 (Establishment of Immigration Detention Review Committee)

(1) A Immigration Detention Review Committee shall be established under the Ministry of Justice to conduct affairs concerning review of objections to detention and re-detention of aliens, approval of the extension of the detention period, and other related matters.

(2) The Immigration Detention Review Committee shall independently perform the duties within its authority.[This Article Added on Mar. 18, 2025]
