Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and the Creation of a Foundation for Trust — Article 5 (Relationship to other statutes)

(1) Except as otherwise expressly provided for in other statutes, this Act shall apply to artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence technology, the artificial intelligence industry, and the artificial intelligence society (hereinafter referred to as "artificial intelligence, etc.").

(2) The enactment or amendment of other statutes regarding artificial intelligence, etc. shall be made in conformity with the purpose of this Act.
