Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and the Creation of a Foundation for Trust — Article 4 (Scope of application)

(1) This Act shall apply to any conduct performed outside the country if the conduct has an impact on the domestic market or users.

(2) This Act shall not apply to artificial intelligence prescribed by Presidential Decree, which is developed and used solely for the purpose of national defense or national security.
