(1) The Minister of Economy and Finance may determine procedures for the management of administrative affairs, payments or receipts, and other necessary matters, if it is deemed necessary for ensuring efficient operation and effectiveness of this Act.
(2) The Minister of Economy and Finance may designate one or more legal entity or organization which is related to or specializes in the foreign exchange affairs, as an institution to relay, concentrate, exchange or analyze data on foreign exchange transactions, payments or receipts.[This Article Wholly Amended on Jan. 30, 2009]
